Thomas P. Keeler, Chief Operating Officer / Director
University of California at Irvine (B.A. Political Science 1978) and Golden Gate University School of Law (JD 1982).
For the past 28+ years Mr. Keeler has practiced law in both the private and public sectors. His private practice has focused primarily on corporate, commercial and transactional law, and construction law. Admitted to practice law in the Territory of Guam (active), and California and South Carolina (both inactive), he has represented local, national and international clients on all aspects of corporate law and compliance, commercial real estate development and real property practice, and software law. Tom has advised clients in a wide variety of industries including local and international corporations, software companies as well as airlines. Thomas's legal and administrative background will assist LAMBDA TD Software in complying with its corporate, regulatory and staff compliance requirements.
Bryan D. Wood, Chief Financial Officer / Director
Bryan D. Wood attended Utah State University in Logan, Utah and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in 2002. He received a Master's degree in Business Administration from Utah State in 2004. He worked for Inovar, Inc., a contract electronics manufacturer, from 1999-2007, and was their Corporate Controller from 2001-2007. Inovar was named to the Utah 100, the fastest growing companies in Utah, 5 years in a row. Inovar's revenues went from $1 Million annually in 1999 to $60 Million annually in 2007. Bryan joined Morris and Wood Accounting Co. in 2007. He currently manages the Las Vegas office. They specialize in tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and business consultation services.
Kathy M. Phillips, Chief Security Officer
Kathlina (Kathy) Phillips has worked as a Sr Systems Architect within a variety of groups including Enterprise Architecture and Emerging Technologies within the Financial Industry. Her background includes work in a variety of internet and emerging technologies: online banking, search, content and document management, e-Learning, multimedia technologies, application caching, publishing, loan document generation, data center consolidation, electronic enablement, security, online usability and web application development. Kathy has over 23 years working with systems design, internet solutions, and emerging technologies. Kathy has a B.S. degree from the University of Illinois CU in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.

Patricia (Patsy) Graduated from California State University, Fullerton, in 1985 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, minor in English. Graduate studies at SDSU from 1985-1988, specializing in Special Education. Spent 4 years at a private law firm in Lake Forest, CA, as a Legal Secretary, then worked for 8 years as a Legal/Executive Secretary for Fluor Corporation Headquarters in Irvine, CA.

Roy Ellis is American midwest born and raised in Iowa, He is a former MLB professional athlete and an established entrepreneur. William M. Pottenger Ph.D., Computer Sciences & Technology Mentor
Mr. William M. Pottenger Ph.D. is an honorary member of LAMBDA TD SOFTWARE and is our Technology Mentor/Advisor. He is an Associate Professor in Computer Sciences at Rutgers State University of New jersey. Mr. Pottenger, Ph.D. has been credited to many published technical papers and patent inventions dealing with “Text Mining” and “Search Engine Indexing”, as well as an innovative mass storage device (NDAS), with www.ximeta.com. National Center for Supercomputing Applications, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. PI for multiple NSF, DoD, and industrial funded research initiatives. Several years research experience in the data mining and computational knowledge management field working on the development and implementation of HDDI, Hierarchical Distributed Dynamic Indexing, infrastructure for organization, categorization, mining and management of distributed repositories scaling across collection size and subject domain. Application areas include fields as diverse as Trend Detection, Patent Intelligence, Optimization, and Finance. Research integrated closely with educational outreach in computer and information science: organized The Technologies of Scalable Semantics seminar series in computer science, supervised undergrad/grad independent study and thesis research, and currently supervising graduate students and teaching computer science at Lehigh University. Research and educational outreach conducted at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and the National Center for Supercomputing Applications at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Severin has been involved with Design and Development specializing in Hospitality for over 15 years. Charles H. Green, Safety & Security Mentor
Charles H. Green has a fire management and business background. He has owned and operated several small businesses. He is currently employed as a Fire Battalion Chief with the City of Garden Grove Fire Department and is an owner/operator of a recreational vehicle storage business. Mr. Green is married and has five children ranging in age from 3 to19 years old. Chuck is actively involved in his community through charities, youth sports programs, and his church. He brings a no-nonsense business style and down to earth logic to the LAMBDA TD Board of Directors.
Pascal P. Niedermann, International Business Mentor
Pascal Niedermann is Co-Founder of The Maestro Group, providing access to capital for small to medium-sized businesses in a variety of industries. Working closely with corporate and private investors, Pascal restructures companies to bring them public on one of the biggest Stock Exchange in the world, the German Stock Exchange (Deutsche Börse) in Frankfurt (Germany). In cooperation with the U.S. Government, Pascal also specializes in opening up new sales channels for companies in international markets. Before co-founding The Maestro Group in 2005, Pascal had joined the international trade team of the U.S. Senate Finance Committee as a European policy advisor for Senator Max Baucus from Montana, the current Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee (http://finance.senate.gov).
